Affiliate Manager (LATAM) – Forex

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in the Forex / FX industry to manage and grow affiliate partnerships across the LATAM market. This role is ideal for someone with established regional market knowledge, strong partner-management skills, and a proven ability to develop long-term affiliate relationships and drive acquisition growth. Salary & Benefits * $2,500–$3,000 monthly base salary * Attractive commission structure * Quarterly performance bonuses * Flexibility up to $3,500–$4,000 monthly for exceptional senior-level candidates * Fully remote position Responsibilities * Manage and develop existing affiliate relationships across LATAM * Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners * Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and strategic partners * Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms * Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, conversions, and overall results * Develop strategies to increase partner activity and acquisition volumes * Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams * Identify new growth opportunities within key LATAM markets * Maintain regular communication and follow-up with partners * Report on affiliate performance, pipeline development, and market opportunities Requirements * Minimum 2+ years of Affiliate Account Management experience within Forex / FX * Strong knowledge and practical experience within the LATAM market * Native or fluent Spanish * Fluent English * Proven experience growing and managing affiliate partnerships * Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills * Results-driven mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics * Good understanding of affiliate acquisition and partner-growth strategies * Stable employment history, ideally 2–3+ years with one employer * Ability to work independently in a remote international environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate combines: Affiliate Management + Forex Experience + LATAM Market Knowledge + Partner Growth We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the region, strengthen existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and consistently grow affiliate performance.
