This role combines executive support, operations coordination, and basic finance and HR functions, ensuring smooth business operations in a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities Provide executive support including managing schedules, meetings, and communications Assist in planning and tracking key operational and strategic initiatives Manage and coordinate projects from execution to completion Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications Support finance operations including payroll preparation and expense tracking Assist in HR functions such as onboarding coordination and leave management Ensure alignment across teams to support business growth Maintain organized documentation and operational records Candidate Profile Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations, HR, finance, or executive support roles Experience supporting UK-based clients or international business environments will be a strong advantage Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Good understanding of basic finance and HR operations Proficiency in productivity and project management tools Familiarity with accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks) is an added advantage Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude Ready to take your career to new heights?
