Senior Sales Director

💰 HIRING: HIGH-LEVEL SALES DIRECTOR | $300K–$1M+ Annual OTE We’re looking for an elite Sales Director to take ownership of an entire sales pod for an AI offer currently generating multiple 8 figures per year. This is NOT a role for someone looking to learn how to manage a sales team or a “top rep” who wants to test the waters. We need someone who has already built, managed, and scaled high-performance sales organizations with a proven track record and long list of receipts. You’ll oversee the entire sales operation under you, including: • Setter Manager • Setters • Low-Ticket / Speed-to-Lead Reps • High-Ticket Sales Reps / Closers • Hiring, training & development • KPIs, accountability & performance • Sales systems, processes & optimization • Building the team required to scale aggressively (Currently already a team in place , however we are always looking to hire A players) 💰 COMPENSATION $300K–$1M+ OTE (annual) This is heavily performance driven. You’ll earn an override based on the revenue/performance of the entire team you build and manage.
