Описание: The project involves implementing a new visual design for a mobile application. Задачи: Design and review the visual interface for a mobile application; Provide daily support to product teams, including POs, analysts, UX, and development; Co-create a design system for mobile and the Eximee platform. Требования: Minimum 10 years of experience as a UI Designer; User-Centred Design knowledge; Understanding of design principles, including heuristics and UX best practices; Knowledge of Gestalt principles, including hierarchy, perception, and grouping; Advanced visual design skills in typography, color, composition, and grids; Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines; Experience designing iOS and Android applications; Experience with responsive design, RWD, and multi-device design; Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2; Experience creating and developing design systems, including components and tokens; Advanced Figma skills, including auto-layout and variants; Experience conducting Figma training and mentoring; Prototyping skills, including low- and high-fidelity prototypes and microinteractions; Storytelling in design and solution presentations, including the ability to justify design decisions; Strong presentation skills; Experience collaborating with business and development teams and preparing specifications, including handoff and design QA; Experience designing microinteractions and transitions between screens.
