Customer Success Specialist, Renewable Energy Software

The Customer Success Specialist drives retention, renewals, and expansion across UL Solutions’ renewable digital software portfolio, including Openwind, Windnavigator, Windographer, HOMER Front, the Renewable Asset Monitoring Platform (RAMP), and wind resource data. Working with Customer Success, Sales, and subject matter experts, this role serves as a trusted customer advocate, manages competing priorities in a high-volume environment, and supports sustainable customer relationships and recurring revenue growth.
