JET Mining Engineer

MAIN DUTIES: Organize and supervise mining operations as assigned Manage daily production activities: drilling, blasting, loading, hauling Prepare and implement short-term and long-term mining plans Monitor progress to ensure safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and safety teams for smooth operations Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and environmental standards Analyze geological and operational data to optimize efficiency Manage equipment utilization and propose maintenance/improvements Control material usage (explosives, fuel, etc.) to reduce costs Prepare reports on production, performance, and issues Ensure proper documentation and approval of all mining activities Support training and skill development for workers/operators REQUIREMENTS: Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full-time job in 2026) Majors: Mining Engineer GPA: >= 6.5/10 or 2.6/4 English: TOEIC 450 or equivalent (or pass our English test) Proactive, fast learner, result-driven, focus on individual and career development
