This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and enhancing customer relationships in a competitive electronics market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets Drive business growth by expanding market presence and increasing market share Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve high performance and exceed targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to optimize performance Monitor and manage sales KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) for business alignment Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams Experience in electronics, consumer goods, or related industry is preferred Skills & Competencies Strong strategic planning and execution abilities Excellent leadership and team management skills Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Ability to identify market opportunities and drive growth initiatives High level of business acumen and commercial awareness Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets Ready to take your career to new heights?
