Coordinate engineering projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical problem-solving efforts to improve quality, cost, output, equipment performance, and customer service. Partner closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of departmental and site objectives while developing leadership and business acumen for future advancement.
