SMM Manager / Content Owner for an Adventure Trips Brand

💪 Vytivka is a young brand of small-group author trips for people who want to explore again: hikes, canyoning, surfing, local food, campings, van trips, board games by the fire. Groups of up to 8, structure underneath, space for spontaneity on top. We just closed our test year with a Ukrainian audience and are now moving to an international, English-speaking one. The challenge From now until spring and further, we need content that turns followers into warm, ready-to-book participants. Social media is the main driver of our sales, so this role directly shapes the business . We want someone who will take full ownership of this process, run lots of A/B tests with content and find the formats that actually work, not just post on a schedule. What you'll do 🧭 Week 1: answer the key strategy questions with the founder (platforms, positioning, what converts). Instagram is live now, and TikTok, Threads and YouTube Shorts are likely next 🎬 Then run the strategy: content plan, ideas, scripts, some shooting, editing, publishing 🧪 Test constantly: A/B tests of hooks, formats and topics, and double down on what works 📊 Analytics, tests, regular reports 🌍 Move our content from Ukrainian to English 🤝 Work directly with the founders What we're looking for ✅ 2–3+ years of proven SMM/content experience (travel, outdoor or community brands are a plus), with a portfolio 🧪 An analytical mindset: you test, measure and look for working connections between content and sales 🤖 Strong daily use of AI tools to speed up ideation, editing, design and analytics 🎥 Short-form video editing, content plan creation and publishing skills 🎨 Design skills in Canva or Figma, or a strong ability to work with AI design tools 🇬🇧 Goooood English ⛰️ Love for mountains, travel and active life 💪 Ownership, responsibility and a sense of humour with fun What we offer 💬 Direct line to the founders and real impact on a growing brand 🌐 Remote, flexible 💰 Compensation is open for discussion 🏔️ Join our trips on special terms as part of the team Special terms for the right person We're ready to offer something better than a standard salary: a share of the revenue from participants who join through your organic content.
