Sr Product Manager

As a senior individual contributor, the Sr Product Manager will define, lead, and execute a comprehensive, multi year growth strategy focused on new customer acquisition, market penetration, and portfolio expansion across the RF Comms and Systems within space sectors. This role unifies business development leadership with product and portfolio strategy ownership, ensuring that RF Comms (Mux, Switch, Data Links, Lunar comms) and RF Systems space growth initiatives are tightly connected to customer needs, differentiated offerings, and accelerated New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI). The position owns end-to-end growth execution—from market and customer discovery, strategic partnerships, business case development, and pipeline creation, through offering strategy, commercialization, and global go-to-market execution. The role operates at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and strategy, influencing both near-term revenue growth and long-term portfolio investment decisions.
