T-Systems on site services GmbH Your role in the Innovation LAB As a Senior Technical Innovation Consultant/ Developer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the design and delivery of innovative digital solutions. In your role, you combine your skills as a Senior Software Developer (m/f/d) with innovation, leadership and direct customer interaction. Innovate & Create: Develop innovative digital solutions, translate strategic business goals into technical architectures and realize them as fast, targeted MVP solutions with our development teams Collaborate & Inspire: Proactively work with our customers – on site and at all levels. Understand their needs, think ahead, and create excitement with disruptive ideas Pioneer in technology: Promote and apply modern approaches to cloud-native thinking, software architecture, artificial intelligence, and IoT solutions Own Your Code: Take full responsibility for our solutions together with the team – from backend and frontend to testing Shape our innovation ecosystem: Identify new technologies and trends, maintain contacts with start-ups, research institutions and partners and expand our innovation network Your profile Excellent experience with modern technology stacks: Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes as well as experience with AI solutions (e.g. training LLMs, building RAGs) and independent deployment via pipelines Skills in architecture and solution design: Mastery of the design of solution architectures and technical concepts, as well as the ability to spontaneously and convincingly present new solutions to customers Outstanding consulting and communication skills: Willingness to prepare complex technical topics within 2-3 hours in a workshop in such a way that they are understandable and ready to make decisions at C-level Start-up mentality, high level of personal responsibility, teamwork & flexibility: Courage to think in new ways, ownership in the development process and team spirit in agile structures (no fixed roles or strict boundaries) 100% onsite availability in Germany, customer location, high willingness to travel Very good written and spoken German and English skills T-Systems onsite is the trusted digitalization partner for industry, telecommunications, the public sector and the defense industry in Germany.
