Your focus will be on maintaining long-term relationships and supporting partners throughout their engagement. You will also analyze affiliate channels to measure effectiveness and control the quality of traffic. Success in this position involves meeting targets for partner attraction and traffic volume while preventing disconnections and reactivating paused partnerships. Negotiation Skills : You will need strong negotiation skills to agree on cooperation terms with partners. Analytical Thinking : Analyzing the effectiveness of affiliate channels is crucial for this position. Excel / Google Sheets : Advanced proficiency in these tools is necessary for reporting and data analysis. Who this role suits You have at least one year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming sector. You are results-oriented and able to work independently while maintaining a focus on partnership success. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers. You excel in building long-term relationships and have a solid understanding of various affiliate models. Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the IGaming sector for at least 1 year. Understanding of affiliate marketing principles and performance models. Experience with affiliate programs, CPA/CPL/CPS models. Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships. Analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
