WE ARE HIRING: Engineer / Business Associate – Operational Excellence, Energy & Sustainability Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering / Energy & Sustainability Role Overview We are seeking an Engineer / Business Associate to support operational excellence, energy management, and sustainability initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving productivity, implementing energy efficiency systems, supporting sustainability programs, and driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support operational excellence initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies Contribute to energy and utility optimization initiatives across manufacturing operations Support implementation and monitoring of ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems Assist with carbon neutrality and sustainability programs Support productivity improvement, quality enhancement, and system optimization initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects Qualifications Educational Qualifications BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university Experience & Technical Skills 3–4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent Hands-on experience with steam boilers and boiler networks Experience with thermal heater networks, compressors, and electrical power utilities Exposure to ISO 50001 EMS implementation Experience with carbon neutrality programs, TPM, and lean manufacturing Preferred experience in large-scale manufacturing plants Ready to take your career to new heights?
