Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities Contribute to the development and execution of an effective communications strategy; Prepare and launch email, SMS, push, rich-inbox, and autocall campaigns; Segment the subscriber database and tailor targeted campaigns for each segment; Build and implement trigger-based workflows and customer lifecycle messaging; Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance; Analyze campaign performance and key messaging metrics. What we're looking for in a candidate 1+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing; Fluent Russian and Intermediate or higher English (B1+); Exceptional written communication skills with basic copywriting ability; Basic to intermediate HTML skills, with a drive to learn and develop further.
