Principal Site Engineer (C&S)

Key Responsibilities Assist the Construction/Project Manager with daily site operations, coordination, and tracking project progress. Prepare and consolidate project documentation. Create and maintain work schedules. Monitor material usage to identify wastage and implement corrective measures when needed. Liaise with Consultants, Subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical matters, review revised drawings, and ensure work complies with approved construction drawings and RFIs. Verify site progress, conduct joint measurements, and prepare claim-related documents for submission to the Contracts Department for monthly progress claims. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent. Proficient in relevant engineering or project management tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate, supervise, guide, and motivate site teams effectively. Prior experience in railway projects is an added advantage. Familiarity with civil and structural works, including piles, columns, piers, and related structures.
