Bonus Sales Manager (USA)

Location: Remote (candidates must be physically located in the United States) Employment type: Full-time, B2B contract Compensation: $3,000 per month + performance-based KPI system and bonuses (details discussed after the probation period) About the Role We're a sweepstakes gaming project looking for two energetic phone sales professionals to join our team. You'll work with a ready-made database of users who have already registered on our platform, presenting current offers and bonuses and guiding them toward their next step with us. This is a sales role, not a support role. We're looking for people who are confident on the phone, enjoy building rapport quickly, and are driven by results. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to registered users from a prepared contact database Present current promotions, offers, and bonuses Handle objections and keep the conversation engaging Guide customers toward the target action Answer inbound calls from customers who call back Follow project scripts and internal processes Meet performance targets once the KPI system is introduced Requirements 1+ year of sales experience, with a strong preference for phone sales (B2C sales, inside sales, telesales, outbound or call center sales, customer retention) Excellent spoken English: you must be able to hold fluent, confident conversations with U.S. customers by phone Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Energetic, confident communication style Results- and sales-oriented mindset Must be physically located in the U.S. (see eligible states below) Nice to Have Experience in iGaming, casino, or sweepstakes (not required; we provide product training) Working Schedule Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (UTC−5) Three 15-minute breaks plus a 30-minute lunch Online office format: camera on and screen sharing during working hours What We Offer $3,000 monthly compensation, with the company covering applicable income tax on top KPI system and additional bonuses after the probation period Paid time off: 5 days every 6 months Short product training for candidates without iGaming experience Fully remote work Eligibility Due to regional regulations, we are unable to consider candidates residing in: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Washington.
