Senior Project Manager

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Lviv. ABOUT PROJECT Our client is a global software company, a technology partner for professional services firms, helping them adopt modern cloud and AI solutions to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and grow their business. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of IT Project Management experience Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholder groups, including senior and executive stakeholders Strong experience in executing fixed-price projects Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability tracking Strong scope, Change Request, risk, dependency, and escalation management skills Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models Advanced English proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plan throughout the project life. Ensure timely revision of project plan to meet changing needs and requirements Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, review deliverables and milestones prepared by team Forecast, track and manage project budgets, ensure timely invoicing Define, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks Serve as liaison between company and client for overall project and support activities.
