Manufacturing Engineer (Long Khanh IP)

Qualifications: · Minimum 4 -year technical degree from an accredited institution Masters Degree preferred. · At least 5 years working experience in consumer electronics products, tooling items related. Has the waterproof design product experience is preferred. · Must be an outstanding communicator. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. · Ability to identify production/manufacturing problems and lead resolution efforts. · Must have a good understanding of plastic injection molding, Die-cut tooling, etc.., · Is self-starting, self-motivated, and a goal oriented team member. · Ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines. · Capable of multiple project assignments, possesses both the ability to work independently and work with a team to accomplish tasks. · Proficiency in Solidworks (3-5 years experience), PDM works, Microsoft office, Oracle. · Working knowledge of using Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauge and common hand tools. · Is willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally · Lives in Vietnam. Relationships: · Functionally, reports to Tracking and Training Sr. Engineering Manager in China. · Administratively, reports to Tracking and Training Sr. Engineering in China. · Maintains very strong working relationship with the Contract Manufactures. · Maintains an effective working relationship with Project manager and design engineers worldwide. · Maintains an effective working relationship with other departments and team members when participating in Continuous Improvement teams.
