To support our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong FX industry knowledge to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, specifically for FX-related roles. Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for positions including Sales, Retention, Conversion, Compliance, Marketing, and Management. Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry events. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights. Negotiate offers, contracts, and manage the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Stay updated on FX industry trends and competitor hiring strategies. Requirements Proven experience in recruitment within the Forex/Fintech/Financial Services industry mandatory. Strong network and knowledge of FX roles (Conversion, Retention, Sales, Compliance, Marketing). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies across international offices. Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Target-driven, proactive, and resilient personality.
