Cost Control Engineer

Job Position:  Cost Control Engineer Work Location: Atyrau (Only Locals) Department: Project Controls Key Responsibilities: Reports To: Project Control Manager Develop and maintain project cost control systems Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost breakdown structures (CBS) Monitor actual costs versus budget and analyze variances Implement and maintain cost-tracking tools using Microsoft Excel Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections Review and validate subcontractor invoices and payment applications Follow client payment applications and invoices Participate in change management process, including variation orders and claims Assist in preparation of cost inputs for tenders and project proposals Prepare value of work done (VOWD) report. Skills: Advanced understanding of cost estimating techniques Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines English (written and spoken) is required.
