Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer (MSP)

We are looking for a Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer with strong networking knowledge to join our MSP team and support SMB customers across the USA. This is a hands-on technical role for an experienced L2/L3 engineer who is comfortable working in dynamic MSP environments, handling escalations, troubleshooting complex Networking, Microsoft infrastructure issues, and supporting multiple customers at the same time. You will work directly with Networking, Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management, security, automation, and infrastructure operations while helping junior engineers with escalations and technical guidance.
