Installs, configures, and maintains desktop operating systems, applications, and peripherals. Ensures compliance with IT standards, policies, and security requirements. Participates in IT projects, analyzes recurring issues, and contributes to process improvements. Coordinates with IT teams, vendors, and users to resolve incidents and support initiatives. Essential Functions • Prioritizes and responds to incidents, requests, and projects in alignment with SLAs. • Resolves technical issues for hardware, software, and peripherals, escalating complex issues as needed. • Installs, configures, and maintains end-user devices and applications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards. • Documents recurring issues and contributes to corrective actions. • Communicates effectively with users, team members, and vendors. • Participates in IT projects, migrations, and upgrades to meet objectives. • Identifies workflow and process improvement opportunities. • Maintains documentation in ticketing and knowledge systems. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
