PURPOSE OF THE ROLE As a drainage engineer, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues for residential and commercial clients. You’ll work with the latest equipment and technology to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Emergency call-outs and planned maintenance for drainage investigations and repairs Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues using CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, rods etc. Carry out drain clearance, descaling, root cutting, patch lining and minor excavations Liaise directly with customers to explain issues and solutions EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE: Previous drainage experience Full UK Driving Licence Customer-Facing Experience Drainage tanker experience (desirable) SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: Excellent customer service and communication Comfortable using mobile apps and technology on-site Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Plumbing knowledge (desirable) WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive OTE - overtime opportunities and performance bonuses Company Vehicle and Fuel Card Full Uniform and PPE provided incl tools and equipment Training and development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Company car Company pension Application question(s): Please provide your email address so that we can contact you regarding the next steps.
