Senior Accounting Manager

Our Client, a famous brand of Technology & Ecommerce company, is looking for a Senior role in Accounting Management. The position shall report to CFO, and bases in HCMC REQUIREMENTS: The Senior Accounting Manager will manage a team of over 14 staff, and be responsible for daily operation of accounting department, including of: Ensure the key financial controls are designed, embedded (automation and preventive approaching), and work properly to minimize the financial loss. Control the full process from Order-to-Cash which covered overall procedure from sales-order to collection on time. Control Purchase-to-Pay process Trade purchase to payment Non-trade purchase to payment Staff claim and booking Payment run to e-banking approval Record-to-Report process covering Revenue recognition and recording process Product costing and margin reporting Inventory management process, including stock costing, movements, and adjustments Capex expenditure management and reporting Fixed asset management process Balance sheet general ledgers control Process of period-end closing and deliver expected financial reports e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Brands accounting acting as financial coordinator, working with customers to ensure all contractual trading terms and promotion claim-backs are properly executed and billed Compliance with effective tax regulations: design and execute financial processes to ensure company transactions are compliant with tax regulations, in particular, VAT, CIT and WHT. Finish actual periodic financial performance reporting Be the main contact point to facilitate and complete external financial audits with the external auditor Overall responsible for operations of the Finance system and its integration to business systems (ERP). QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting area Member of a professional body (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferred Finance & Accounting management experience preferred Preferable retail business experience Excellent record in leading a team Big 4 audit background preferable
