Mid-Level Software Engineer

This is a full-time Mid-Level Software Engineer role located in Tel Aviv, Israel . You will take ownership of core features across the stack, mainly from backend to frontend, and contribute to the architecture, scalability, and performance of Guardoc’s AI-driven healthcare platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Clinical, and Data) to design and implement intelligent, production-grade systems that leverage LLMs, serverless infrastructure, and real-time data to improve healthcare workflows. Tech Stack Backend in Node.js Python (data pipelines) AWS (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, Bedrock, Athena, etc.) React + TypeScript Grafana, Posthog Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience Proficiency in TypeScript Basics in React Basics in Python Experience with AWS services and scalable cloud-native architectures Passion for clean, maintainable code and system design Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Bonus Points Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems Familiarity with LLMs and modern AI/ML workflows Background in healthcare , health tech , or regulated environments
