The role focuses on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR analytics while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Lead the performance management process across departments to ensure strong productivity Support and nurture company culture through positive employee relations Foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and diversity Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits Drive HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making Oversee HRIS systems and enhance HR processes, including attendance and leave management Qualifications Educational Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience & Skills Minimum of 5 years of HR experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English Outgoing personality with solid PR and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in HR software and HRIS systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills Ready to take your career to new heights?
