Technical Delivery Lead (Java, Cloud)

Position Overview They are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of their software projects. This role requires a strong technical background in Java, cloud technologies, and front-end applications, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java. Proven experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks). Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
