HR MANAGER — LIMASSOL, CYPRUS Location: Limassol, Cyprus Working Model: Office Based Working Hours: 11:00 – 18:00 Base Salary: From €2,000 + Bonuses Experience: Minimum 1 year in the industry Recruitment process experience is MANDATORY ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our growing team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the industry, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management and employee relations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process Source, screen and interview candidates Coordinate interviews and recruitment procedures Work closely with management to identify hiring needs Maintain and develop a strong talent pipeline Support onboarding and employee integration Manage employee relations and HR matters Maintain accurate HR records and documentation Support HR procedures and company culture REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of experience in the industry Recruitment process experience is mandatory Strong understanding of recruitment and HR procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented Professional attitude and strong people skills WHAT WE OFFER Base salary from €2,000 Performance bonuses Office-based position in Limassol Working hours 11:00 – 18:00 Opportunity to grow within the company TEAMWORK • TENACITY • TRIUMPH Find the talent.
