As a Senior Java ETL Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve engineering standards, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure stable production services. We offer Hybrid work in our client's office (Kraków) 8 days a month Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Social events Daily tasks: - Design and develop enterprise applications throughout the full software lifecycle - Develop and maintain ETL solutions for data integration and migration initiatives - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders - Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery - Improve code quality, performance, resilience, and maintainability - Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and release processes - Support system integrations and migration initiatives - Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes - Conduct code reviews and mentor less experienced engineers 6+ years of software development experience Strong Java, Spring Framework, and REST API and ETL development skills Experience with system integration, data migration and data transformation projects Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and development automation Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, and SonarQube Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Ability to mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices Nice to have Experience with Spring Cloud, MuleSoft, Seeburger BIS, or EDI solutions Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Docker Experience with production support and service reliability improvements Must have: Java, Spring, REST API, API, ETL, System integration, DevOps, CD, SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Jira, Confluence, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Automated testing Nice to have: Stakeholder management, Spring Cloud, MuleSoft, EDI, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis
