Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Expert

We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Talent Acquisition Expert with workforce planning experience to shape how we plan, attract, and hire talent across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end hiring engine - from workforce planning and prioritization to recruiting operations and offer governance - with additional exposure to employer branding initiatives that support hiring outcomes. The successful candidate will bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how talent is planned and acquired, while partnering closely with business leaders and Finance. Key Responsibilities: Own and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes Maintain ATS hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting standards Design interview scorecards and structured assessment frameworks Support and train hiring managers on effective interviewing Oversee interview scheduling coordination and candidate experience Lead headcount intake and role prioritization with business leaders Own workforce planning cycles and hiring calendars aligned with business needs Translate growth plans into realistic hiring strategies and timelines Own offer templates and ensure consistency across roles and levels Manage offer approval workflows in partnership with Finance and leadership Ensure compensation alignment, leveling consistency, and policy compliance Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles Manage referrals, silver medalist candidates, and external partnerships Reduce time-to-hire through forward-looking sourcing strategies Support employer branding initiatives that directly enable hiring success Contribute to content, events, and candidate experience improvements Ensure a consistent and credible employer narrative across hiring touchpoints Requirements: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Workforce Planning / Employer Branding Strong understanding of recruiting operations, interview design, and offer processes Experience partnering with Finance and senior stakeholders Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills What we offer:  Food vouchers Partially funded sports card Additional Health Insurance Company Events Multinational environment If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV and supporting documentation for consideration.
