Требования: Experience with JavaScript or Python, ideally both; Comfortable building prototypes, automations, and internal tools; Understanding of LLMs, tokens and context windows, APIs and CLI tooling, MCP ecosystems, agent frameworks, tool use and orchestration, and RAG or retrieval concepts; Experience using modern AI coding workflows and AI-native tooling; Ability to quickly turn ideas into working demos or systems; Ability to ship quickly and experiment constantly; Strong intuition for building new AI-native products and workflows; Deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem and emerging tooling; Understanding of how modern AI agents work under the hood; Ability to automate quickly and creatively; Systems and workflow-oriented thinking; Strong product taste and curiosity; Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; Ability to learn new tools quickly; Nice to have: experience with ML or training/inference infrastructure, experience with multimodal or video-generation tooling, familiarity with open-source AI ecosystems, experience building agentic systems or autonomous workflows, strong vibe-coding energy.
