About the Role The Business Analyst serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating strategic needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. This role is instrumental in driving efficiency, supporting digital transformation, and ensuring that IT solutions are fully aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Elicit, structure, validate, document, and prioritize business requirements and development demands Participate in the design of business processes and prepare detailed process flowcharts Develop and manage the IT business analysis framework and methodology Prepare IT functional and technical specifications and process documentation Act as the primary liaison between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment Champion innovative thinking by supporting business demands with creative solution proposals Assist in the design and execution of business acceptance testing for new developments Contribute to continuous process improvement and technological innovation initiatives Categorize, track, and manage incoming and ongoing demands — evaluating costs, benefits, and strategic alignment Prepare executive-level decision-making materials, reports, and presentations Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or Telecommunications 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role English proficiency at an Advanced / Business level Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Experience in the telecommunications sector is a strong advantage Comfortable working in a greenfield setup with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset Additional Requirements: Experience in the telecommunications sector is a strong advantage Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a greenfield setup with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset Interested candidates are invited to apply through The HeadHunter Group.
