Lead C++ Engineer with Observability

Required skills: C++, Observability, monitoring, Profiling, OpenTelemetry, eBPF, CI/CD, GitOPS, Tracing, Kubernetes We are seeking a Lead C++ Engineer with Observability to lead the observability implementation. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, ensuring customer experience, system reliability and operational insight are measurable and embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience from low-latency trading, market data or other high-performance distributed systems, with a strong C++ background and a track record of building production monitoring, telemetry and operational tooling at scale.
