Lead & Inspire Mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets. Define clear goals, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure success. 2. Drive Business Growth Identify and develop new opportunities in thriving markets like Japan, Korea, and beyond. Build meaningful partnerships with production houses, broadcasters, and agencies. Work closely with marketing to craft strategies that boost brand visibility and impact. 3. Nurture Client Relationships Deepen connections with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Negotiate contracts, manage expectations, and foster long-term partnerships. 4. Shape Strategy with Insights Stay ahead of market trends and competitors in the Asian animation and VFX sectors. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance our offerings and market position. 5. Collaborate & Deliver Results Partner with creative and production teams to align client needs with studio capabilities. Present sales reports, insights, and forecasts to senior leadership. What We're Looking For: Experience & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within animation, VFX, or media/entertainment. Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and driving revenue growth. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Language & Cultural Proficiency: Fluent English is a must. Proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean is a big plus. Familiarity with diverse cultures and the ability to build relationships across Asia. Key Traits: A strong network in the media, entertainment, or creative industries (preferred). Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to the fast-moving animation industry. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. .
