Senior Frontend Engineer (Remote, Anywhere in Pakistan, USD Salary)

Requirements: 6+ years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development . Experience designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to analyzing and decomposing complex engineering problems. Ability to work effectively on ambiguous problems and independently determine appropriate solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and decisions. Experience writing or contributing to RFCs, design documents, technical documentation, or similar materials. Ability to organize and present technical information clearly for audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge. Strong initiative and the ability to identify problems and opportunities without requiring detailed direction. Ability to understand the broader business context of technical and product challenges and contribute to prioritization. Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and approaches. Demonstrated ability to use engineering and communication skills to deliver positive outcomes for engineering teams, businesses, and users. Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. Experience working in a role with significant technical ownership and autonomy. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to implement enhancements and develop new features for the flagship Console product. Take ownership of strategic technical and architectural decisions related to front-end development. Independently identify, evaluate, and propose improvements that can drive product growth and increase productivity. Analyze ambiguous problems, break them down systematically, and develop high-quality, maintainable solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and Growth Marketing, to address front-end development needs. Build front-end experiences for product demos, open-source projects, marketing materials, and other related initiatives. Contribute to technical RFCs, design documents, and other written documentation to clearly communicate technical decisions and solutions. Help establish and maintain engineering practices and standards that support scalability and long-term product development. Take initiative in identifying technical and product challenges and work with relevant teams to prioritize and solve them. Contribute to a strong engineering culture as the company continues to grow. Help ensure front-end solutions provide a high-quality experience for customers and users.
