Job Scope: As an HR Manager, you will lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, oversee performance reviews, and drive employee development initiatives. You will also handle payroll, benefits, compensation, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure an inclusive and engaging work environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the operations team on sales forecasts and training programs.
