Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with experience in both automated and manual testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving software quality through comprehensive testing strategies, test case development, and automation implementation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for web and mobile applications Perform both manual and automated testing across different platforms and environments Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality assurance input during planning phases Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after updates Develop and maintain test documentation and testing procedures Report testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies Requirements Experience & Skills: 1-2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing approaches Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices Experience in creating detailed test cases and test documentation Knowledge of bug tracking tools and testing management systems Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools Understanding of web technologies and mobile application testing Technical Requirements: Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar) Basic understanding of programming languages for test automation Familiarity with CI/CD processes and integration testing Soft Skills: English communication skills required - ability to communicate effectively with international team members Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities Team collaboration skills and willingness to learn new technologies What We Offer Competitive salary: 50,000 THB per month Work environment: 100% work from office - collaborative team environment Opportunity to work with modern testing technologies and frameworks Professional development and career growth opportunities Dynamic and supportive team culture Selection Process Initial interview: Culture fit and experience review Technical assessment: Hands-on test case development and technical evaluation Final interview: Deep-dive technical discussion and team fit assessment Working Arrangements Location: Bangkok office (full-time on-site) Language: English proficiency required for daily communication Team: Collaborative, international working environment
