Senior Fullstack Developer (Vue+Python)

Our client is a direct marketplace for mortgages, connecting whole loan lenders and investors with smarter pricing, automated eligibility, and end-to-end transaction management. They are transforming an industry that still runs on spreadsheets and email. They are looking for the first offshore developer that will help them build the team. You will own features end to end - from the Vue interfaces our lenders and investors work in daily, through the Django APIs behind them, down to the pricing and eligibility engines that decide what a loan is worth and who will buy it. Wide surface area, real ownership, and you will see the impact the same week you ship. Responsibilities: - Integrate Several external API’s to our system - Be part of our engineering team. - Develop the entire feature development process, from discovery to definition to execution and implementation. - Challenge yourself in a high-paced startup environment. - Begin as a hands on developer and if everything goes well, assist us to grow and manage an offshore team Requirements: - Experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead - Front-end oriented development - 80% hands-on development - AI-assisted development - Experience with Git Work tree (https://git-scm.com/docs/git-worktree) or similar - Experience working with multiple AI agents in parallel - 7+ years experience as a senior Fullstack developer on an in-scaled production platform. - Strong programming skills in Python (Django). - Experience working with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch. - Experience working with Data - Experince with API intagrations. - Team player with a getting-things-done, startup attitude. - Good English & Communicatin skils - Experience working in English speaking teams Nice to have: - Experience in development and deployments best practices and methods, such as CI/CD, Testing, Containers. - Experience in building and maintaining Restful APIs. - Knowledge in Machine Learning or DS tool. - Working experience with Israeli teams Tech Stack: Vue 3, TypeScript, Vite, Pinia, Vuetify, Tailwind, Shadcn, Vitest, Playwright, Python 3.14, Django 5.2, DRF, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, pytest
