Technical Program Manager

Required skills: Agile Technical Program Manager | Remote You will: Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology programs, from plans and roadmaps to milestones and critical paths Manage cross-team dependencies, risks and integration points, resolving priority conflicts before they become blockers Run governance: steering committees, decision reviews and readiness checks Maintain RAID and dependency logs, and lead status and rollout reviews Define and track program KPIs against business outcomes, using data to inform decisions Cover non-functional requirements (SLA/SLO, security, operability) and document key architecture and integration decisions Coordinate with vendors and third parties (SLA/OLA) Work with Engineering, Product, Design and Operations, keeping stakeholders informed on status, risks and decisions Make AI usage across the program systematic, applying it to reporting, readiness testing and metrics validation Lead retrospectives and mentor Associate TPMs You bring: 3+ years in technology program/project management, including 2+ years delivering multi-team, end-to-end programs Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean and Six Sigma Proficiency in MS Office, Jira and Confluence, plus SQL basics and one programming language Fluent English and Polish Nice to have: Vendor/third-party coordination experience PMP or ITIL
