Prevent Paying a fraudulent invoice, an inaccurate invoice, online payment twice or balance Maintain three-way process document and account verification, received & issued document control to align with VAT regulations and company policies. Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential Accounting: Generate Sales Invoices and accounts receivable statements Perform accounts reconciliation Verify and Process Online Payments to Merchants Assisting in other management requirements What do you need to have? a. Sound Knowledge of: Document Verification Accounts Reconciliation Experience with TAX AR Collection Techniques Credit Control (Desirable) b. Skills Technical & Professional Extensive ERP knowledge MIS Reporting MS Office - Excel Managerial & Leadership Strong communication Attention to the detail Time Management c. Education and/or professional qualification Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance Sufficient working knowledge in Commercial Accounts f. Certification required CPA CMA or equivalent
