Задачи: Lead complex end-to-end recruitment processes, from niche specialists to C-level roles; Use Direct Search, Boolean, and X-ray search to reach passive talent and build diverse pipelines; Provide market insights, challenge the status quo, and guide stakeholders toward the best decisions; Represent the brand and ensure a valuable, professional candidate experience regardless of the final decision; Manage the recruitment funnel using data, analyze KPIs, and optimize workflows for scalable and effective hiring. Требования: At least 3 years of experience independently conducting recruitment; Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage passive talent; Ability to build trust at Executive level and defend your position in a demanding environment; Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping sight of broader business goals; Fluent Polish at C2 level; English at minimum C1 level for daily international communication; Nice to have: a combination of agency experience with dynamic in-house or hyper-growth experience.
