Senior Engineering Intelligence Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineering Intelligence Analyst based in India. This role will serve as the technical engine behind an engineering intelligence function supporting data-driven decisions across a large technology portfolio. You will build and evolve analytics solutions that turn data from Jira, Jellyfish, Salesforce, and other systems into actionable engineering insights. The position combines analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, and data visualization in a hands-on environment. You will develop automated pipelines, interactive dashboards, alerting systems, and analytical tools that help engineering leaders understand delivery, capacity, investment, and portfolio health. Your work will make complex engineering data more accessible through intuitive, self-service reporting and reliable analytical models. You will also contribute to executive-level analysis, reusable frameworks, and transparent documentation of data lineage and methodologies. The role offers broad exposure to engineering operations and close collaboration with service owners, delivery leaders, technical program teams, and product stakeholders.
