This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Coordinate attendance tracking and payroll inputs Ensure compliance with HR policies and organizational procedures Support feedback processes and employee relations activities Assist in documenting HR workflows and improving operational efficiency Track basic HR metrics and prepare reports Collaborate with academic and administrative teams effectively Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Proactive and problem-solving mindset Ready to take your career to new heights?
