US Software Solutions is a software development company focused on providing digital technologies to the Utilities, Telecommunications, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, and Gas/Electricity sectors. Thanks to a team consisting exclusively of experts in their field, we are ready to supervise any project, regardless of its complexity and scale. US Software Solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a good background in payroll processing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00 Key Responsibilities Collecting, verifying, and entering payroll data into the payroll system; Calculating salaries, taxes, contributions, and other deductions according to tax legislation and individual employment contracts; Generating payroll statements and preparing related reports; Managing medical leave, vacation days, and other types of absences; Maintaining payroll document records and archiving them in compliance with legal regulations; Providing support to employees in clarifying payroll, tax, and deduction-related matters; Meeting legal deadlines and internal company policy requirements. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics related fields is a must; 0-2 years minimum of experience in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration roles; Good Knowledge of MS Office Suite. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; Precise attention to detail; Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Level B1 and higher); Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines.
