WE ARE HIRING : Project Delivery Manager Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: IT / BPM Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project execution and ensure successful delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals. This role focuses on managing multiple projects, optimizing operations, and driving high-quality service delivery within a fast-paced IT/BPM environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams and locations Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with SLAs and KPIs Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor execution progress Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth delivery Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction Track project performance and provide regular reports to management Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and RCA methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement in delivery processes Oversee multi-project portfolios and ensure alignment with business objectives Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field Professional certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Six Sigma will be an added advantage Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management or operations delivery roles Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello Strong understanding of SLA/KPI tracking and delivery management Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on client satisfaction and delivery excellence Ready to take your career to new heights?
