Quality Assurance Manager

Qualification: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Certificate in quality assurance is a plus. Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field at least 5 years. Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance. Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards. Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English are advantage. Excellent data collection and analysis skills. Have experience in finance business or hire purchase a plus. Responsibilities: Lead of preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. Lead of performing routine inspections and quality tests. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed. Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test scenario and test cases Hands-on experience with automated testing tools Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus Making recommendations for improvement.
