Senior Manager - Software Engineering

The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team delivers strategic technology capabilities across digital experiences, AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications and automation. We are looking for a Senior Engineer II – MarTech Architecture, Adobe Journey Optimizer & Decisioning to lead the architecture, design and hands-on implementation of enterprise customer journey orchestration, personalization and decisioning solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), AJO Decisioning/Offer Decisioning, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), combining architect-level thinking with hands-on engineering, strong ownership, technical leadership and effective engagement with business and senior stakeholders.
