The role involves: Document AI & OCR: Extracting data from PDFs, scanned documents, and handwritten notes. Medical Coding & NLP: Automating coding tasks using deep learning and NLP. Billing & Claims Processing: Developing AI-driven RPA bots for automation. IVR & Speech AI: Building AI-powered voice solutions for insurance follow-ups. Production Deployment & Optimization: Continuously refining AI models for accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: Expertise in AI & Machine Learning (NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision). Hands-on experience with OCR & Document AI (Tesseract, AWS Textract, etc.). Proficiency in NLP frameworks (SpaCy, GPT) and speech-to-text AI (Whisper, Amazon Transcribe).
