Software Support Internship Location Dundee, Scotland Duration 12-week paid internship (May-August) About the Role Technology is about more than building products, it's also about ensuring customers receive exceptional support. As a Software Support Intern, you'll help investigate technical issues, support customers and internal teams, and contribute to delivering excellent service experiences. What You'll Do Assist with troubleshooting software-related issues Work with support engineers to diagnose and resolve problems Document incidents and solutions Analyse recurring issues and identify improvements Support testing and validation activities Collaborate with development and product teams We're Looking For Students studying Computing, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline Returning to university after the internship Strong technical aptitude Excellent problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset Strong communication skills What You'll Gain Real-world technical support experience Exposure to enterprise software environments Development of troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience working with global teams and customers Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
