About the role:
Nova Systems has multiple opportunities available within our Electronic Warfare & Intelligence Systems (EWIS) portfolio.
Supporting some of Australia's most complex and strategically important Defence programs, these opportunities span Project Management, Project Support, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering and Integrated Logistics Support disciplines.
Working across Electronic Warfare, intelligence systems, integrated mission systems, maritime capability and countermeasure programs, successful candidates will contribute to acquisition and sustainment activities that directly support Australia's sovereign capability outcomes.
We welcome applications from experienced Defence professionals with backgrounds across Defence Industry, CASG, SPOs, Defence Primes and related project environments. Experience supporting acquisition, sustainment and capability delivery activities, together with active or reinstatable security clearances, will be highly regarded.

What you’ll be involved with:
Supporting Defence acquisition and sustainment programs across the capability lifecycle
Working within Electronic Warfare and Intelligence Systems project environments
Partnering with Defence stakeholders, CASG, SPOs and industry partners
Supporting capability definition, acquisition, integration, transition and sustainment activities
Contributing to complex project, engineering and logistics outcomes within regulated Defence environments
Developing project, engineering and logistics artefacts, documentation and reports
Applying Defence governance, assurance and capability management frameworks
Supporting procurement, acquisition and sustainment activities
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical capability outcomes
Engaging with clients and stakeholders to solve complex technical and project delivery challenges
What we would like from you:
Australian Citizenship & Active or Reinstatable NV1, NV2 or PV security clearance
Defence or Defence Industry experience within acquisition and/or sustainment environments
Experience working within CASG, SPOs, Defence Primes or broader Defence Industry
Experience supporting capability lifecycle activities including Gate 0, Gate 1, acquisition, transition into service and sustainment
Experience developing Defence documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), plans, requirements, reports and support documentation
Experience supporting Defence procurement, tendering, contracting or acquisition activities will be highly regarded
Experience operating within complex governance and assurance frameworks
Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, Systems Engineering or related disciplines
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work effectively within complex and highly regulated environments
